Satellite


  • satellite: A satellite is a moon, planet or machine that orbits a planet or star. for example, Earth is a satellite because it orbits the sun. likewise, the moon is a satellite because it orbits the Earth.
  • Earth and Moon are examples of the natural satellites. nowadays thousands of artificial or man-made, satellite orbits the Earth.
  • Importance of satellite:  Human beings can see only a certain area or specific place, but Birds can see the large area of the earth's surface as compared to human beings, but a satellite can see or watch a large area as compared to these (human beings or birds). so that satellites can collect more data and information about the Earth's.
